Egg Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

Eggs – 4
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Coconut milk – sufficient quantity
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take the eggs in a bowl and add sugar to it.
  2. Blend this mixture in a mixer (blender) till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Measure this mixture using a cup.
  4. Take the same quantity of coconut milk (= amount of egg mixture) and add it to above mixture.
  5. Add salt according to taste.
  6. Keep this mixture in a pressure cooker and let it get cooked. Keep it for 15 whistles.

This lip smacking dish will be liked by all children.
