Ingrediants:
coriander – 1 kg
cumin seeds – 150 gm
pepper – 50 gm
fennel seeds – 50 gm
turmeric -50 gm
bengal gram – 75 gm
toor dhal – 75 gm
fenugreek seeds – 25 gm
red chilli – 1/4 kg
Method:
1. Dry all the ingrediants under sun (or see to that it is not moist and it is easy to grind).
2.Grind all the ingrediants to form a fine powder.
3.Cool it and store it in an air tight container. This powder will last for about 6 months and more also if stored properly.
