Ingredients:

  • Fish – 1/4 kg
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Make a thick paste out of the ingredients by mixing it with water.
  2. Spread this paste on all sides of the cut fish pieces.
  3. Keep it aside for 15- 20 minutes.
  4. Fry (click to see tips on frying) it in oil.
