Indian Fish Fry

Ingredients:
- Fish – 1/4 kg
- Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Make a thick paste out of the ingredients by mixing it with water.
- Spread this paste on all sides of the cut fish pieces.
- Keep it aside for 15- 20 minutes.
- Fry (click to see tips on frying) it in oil.
