Poori | Puri




  • Wheat Flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil – 1 1/2 tsp for kneading dough
  • Water – 3/4 to 1 cup



  1. Mix the Wheat Flour, salt and oil in a vessel.
  2. Add water to this mixture and knead the dough.
  3. Knead the dough till it becomes soft. Kneading increases the softness of the dough.
  4. When the dough is done it should not stick to your hands.

  6. Mashed potato curry is a very good side dish for poori.
