Simple and Easy Bread Toast

Ingredients:
- Bread – 5 slices
- Egg – 2
- sugar – 4 tbsp
- salt – 2 pinches
- oil as required
Method:
- Take the eggs in a bowl.
- Add salt and sugar to it.
- Beat the eggs nicely till the sugar dissolves in it.
- Dip the bread slices in this egg mixture so that both the sides of the bread gets coated with the mixture.Do not soak the bread in the egg mixture for a long time.
- Heat the tawah and pour 1 tsp oil in it.
- Put the dipped bread slices in the tawah and cook on both sides till it becomes golden brown.
- While cooking, add oil to the sides of the bread.
Now your yummy toast is ready to be served with sauce or any spicy chutney.
