Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg without liver
- Big Onion – 1/4 kg
- Tomato – 1/4 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 8tsp
- Coriander leaves – little
- Curry leaves – little
- Ground Coconut paste – 5 tsp
- Capsicum – 1
- Oil – 4 -5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure pan.
- Fry Onion till golden brown.
- Add curry leaves ,ginger- garlic paste and fry till the paste turns light brown in colour.
- Add Tomato and fry in medium flame till it gets cooked.
- Add Chilli powder, Pepper powder , Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Chicken pieces and fry for 1 minute.
- Close the pressure pan and allow 3 whistles to come.
- Add coconut paste and little water if required and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.
- Cook in medium flame for 5 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
- At last add coriander leaves and serve.
